How to Download Quotes

You can access all your invoices under the in the "My Profile" section

Select "My Invoices" > Quotation List.

To download an invoice in .pdf format, click on "Download".

If you notice an error on one of the quotes we have sent you, we invite you to contact us via support.

Make Payment

In the list of your quotes, you can proceed to payment by clicking on the button of the same name.

Once you have clicked on the "Proceed to payment" button, you are redirected to a summary of the offer you are currently subscribing to.

All you have to do is check that your quote meets your expectations and deadlines for tools and prices, then you can make your payment by following the following steps.

How can I receive my invoice automatically on an external email

Would you like to send the invoice automatically to your accounting department? No problem, just go to My account > My profile.

And fill in the "Contact recorded" field. The system will automatically send the generated invoices to the e-mail address indicated.

What If I Am Not Subject to VAT

If you are not subject to VAT, you are nonetheless liable for the payment of a service in France.

You can also request a VAT number to obtain a refund.

You must also check the box associated with your subscription or renewal in step 2 of the payment.

Why is The Invoice Unpaid

In case you wish to make the payment by bank transfer, it is possible that your company's accounting department may forget to make the transfer.

In the case of payment by credit card, it is possible that your card has expired.

If none of the above have occurred, please contact our Support Team who will assist you.
