This method allows you to:

  • Once you have created your selection, click on "Add Keywords"

  • Then click on "File Uploading"

  • Two choices of keywords adding are offered, by using a .CSV file or a Google sheet file

CSV files method

This feature allows you to import a .csv file with all your keywords, which can be more convenient when you have big volumes of keywords or/and already categorised keywords by thematics.

  • In order to import the right format, click Download a sample file.

You will get a .csv file with all the right columns to fill in :
-------------- (Mandatory columns for import keywords in the Keyword Master)

Column A: Create groups for the keyword expressions in your campaign
Column B: The following keyword expressions
Column C: The search engine
Column D: Target country
Column E: The language
--------------(additionals will be considered as custom tags in the Keyword Master)
Column F : The device
Column G: location

....

Once your excel file is filled in, remember to save the document as a .csv in UTF-8, you can now upload it by clicking Upload a CSV file

  • Well done, the file successfully uploaded and even show you the Number of keywords.

  • STEP 2: Custom Tags (optional > go to the next step)
if additional columns to the mandatory ones are detected in the file, the custom tag management option will automatically appear.

  • Click on "activate custom tags" in case you need to add tags to your selection. In this example, the tool has detected an additional column called "devices" that the user needs to help him organise his list. So the custom tags "devices" will be kept in the keyword selection after import validation.
