J+Search is starting a new era with a more client oriented User Interface, allowing you to easily find your project and organize your work.

Let's have a look at that new structure.

What's Client Workspace?

This new structure allows users to link any project, regardless of the app, directly to a specific client

Create a Workspace

You can add your client workspace directly in the homepage

To add a client, simply click on "new client"

You will need some informations to create a client workspace:

  • The name

  • [Optional] The client ID (which is the ID used in salesforce)

  • An image (using a logo is recommended)

Once you have created the workspace, it will appear in 2 instances:

  • on the Homepage:

And on the topbar in every tool

Manage a workspace (share and delete)

You can also share these workspaces with anyone

Keep in mind that if you don't have created any workspace, the default one is named "default".

If you want to delete your workspace, you need to go to the homepage and select the workspace to delete it

Be careful, all associated project will be moved to the default workspace

Navigating between workspace

Now you have created several workspace, you can navigate between them

For this you can simply select the workspace you want in the selection list in the header

Then you can navigate in all the apps with the same workspace

Add a project to a workspace

To add a project to a specific workspace, simply select your project and click on "action".

Then click on "move to a client workspace".

Select the desired workspace and click on "move":

You will then find your project in this client workspace.
