Add keywords from external keywords suggestions tools (WIP)
Add keywords using the "List" method
This method allows you:
- to import keywords in a free field
- enrich your keywords list automatically thanks to Google suggestions, Google related
- Collecting Keywords Search volumes
Once you have created your selection, click on "Add Keywords"
STEP 1: Copy and paste your list of Keywords
Add your main keywords and choose the language
STEP 2: Target Category
In case you want to directly classify your keywords + potentially related suggestions, you can now choose a category or create a new one in which the generated expressions will be automatically classified at the end of the process.
STEP 3: Collecting suggestions
Select the sources from which you want to get suggestions for your keywords. This will automatically collect suggestions for each keyword listed in STEP 1.
Note: Be careful to take into account the number of suggestions that are generated in the counter at the bottom of the page. The more sources you select, the greater the number of suggestions will be.
For instance, considering all the suggestions sources checked on the screenshot above, the tool will collect 4,374 suggestions based on the 6 keywords in Step 1. We advise you not to collect too many suggestions at once in order to facilitate sorting and selecting valuable keywords in the following stages.
STEP 4 : Collect Keywords Search Volume
This option allows you to collect search volumes for your keywords and suggestions. Having search volumes for these keywords will allow you to target important keywords and get Volumes Trends for your Keywords corpus and keywords groups data in case you categorise your keywords list.
Note : the collection of Search Volume leads to the consumption of credits.
1 keyword Search volume collected = 1 credit consumed
10 keywords search volumes collected = 10 credits consumed.
STEP 5: Add Keywords from the waiting list to your selection
Finally, click on "import", It will launch automatically :
- the keywords suggestions collection
- the Search Volumes collection
and redirect you to the main page "keywords" of the tool. The original keywords from STEP 1 are directly displayed in the tab, the related suggestions are available in the "Waiting list' ready to be sorted and categorised.
Add keywords using the "file uploading" method. CSV file or Google Sheet
This method allows you:
- to import keywords from a .CSV file
- to import keywords from a Google sheet file
- Collecting Keywords Search volumes
Once you have created your selection, click on "Add Keywords"
Then click on "File Uploading"
Two choices of keywords adding are offered, by using a .CSV file or a Google sheet file
CSV METHOD
This feature allows you to import a .csv file with all your keywords, which can be more convenient when you have big volumes of keywords or/and already categorised keywords by thematics.
In order to import the right format, click Download a sample file.
You will get a .csv file with all the right columns to fill in :

Column A: Create groups for the keyword expressions in your campaign
Column B: The following keyword expressions
Column C: The search engine
Column D: Target country
Column E: The language
--------------(additionals will be considered as custom tags in the Keyword Master)

Please, don't modify the column order.
STEP 1: Upload a CSV file
Once your excel file is filled in, remember to save the document as a .csv in UTF-8, you can now upload it by clicking Upload a CSV file
Well done, the file successfully uploaded and even show you the Number of keywords.
STEP 2: Custom Tags (optional)
if additional columns to the mandatory ones are detected in the file, the custom tag management option will automatically appear.Click on "activate custom tags" in case you need to add tags to your selection. In this example, the tool has detected an additional column called "devices" that the user needs to help him organise his list. So the custom tags "devices" will be kept in the keyword selection after import validation.
STEP 3: Collect Keywords Search Volume
This option allows you to collect search volumes for your keywords
STEP 4: Import Keywords
Finally, click on "import", It will launch automatically :

GOOGLE SHEET METHOD
This method allows you to import a list of keywords from a Google sheet file.
Please respect exactly the same order of columns below

STEP 2: Collect Keywords Search Volume
This option allows you to collect search volumes for keywords you need to import.
STEP 3: Import Keywords
Finally, click on "import", It will launch automatically :
the keywords list import
the Search Volumes collection
Add keywords directly from an existing Myposeo project (audit, tracking...)
This option allows you to add keywords from another Myposeo module. This can be useful in case you need to recategorize and/or enrich a list of keywords from one of your audits or performance monitoring
1. Choose the Myposeo Module in which the project concerned is listed
2. Select the campaign from which you need to collect an existing list of keywords
3. Select all or specific keywords groups from the keyword list
4. check this option in case you want to keep keywords configurations as custom tags. It concerns generally the devices and location.
5. Click "import" to finalise the process.
Add keywords from the Google Search Console
This method of adding keywords allows you to import keywords directly from Google Search Console. This method is reinforced by the fact that you can configure rules in terms of CTR, Impressions, Clicks, Positions that will apply to the keywords imported in the keyword master.
Once you have created your selection, click on "Add Keywords"
Select the "Google Search Console" tab
STEP 1: Gmail Account authorisation
Fill in your Gmail Account and select the profile of your choice
STEP 2: Import Configuration
a. Select the search type: 2 choices
- Only the data of the URL on the keyword
- All data of the responsive URLs on the keyword
b. Choose the language of the keywords you will import
c. Select the date range during the keyword were detected by GSC
d. Select the devices on which keywords were detected
e. Select the number of keywords you need to collect
STEP 3: Google Search Console filtering
This Step allows you to define rules on GSC keywords indicators such as CTR, Avg.position, Impressions and clicks by which imported keywords will be automatically filtered during import.
a. Fill in the CTR range from ... to ....
b. Fill in the Avg. position range from ... to ....
c. Fill in Impressions range from ... to ....
d. Fill in Clicks range from ... to ....
STEP 4: Target Category
In case you want to directly classify your keywords, you can now choose a category or create a new one in which the GSC Keywords will be automatically classified at the end of the process.
STEP 5: Collect Keywords Search Volume
This option allows you to collect search volumes for your keywords.
Note : the collection of Search Volume leads to the consumption of credits.

10 keywords search volumes collected = 10 credits consumed.
STEP 6: Import Keywords
Finally, click on "import", It will launch automatically :
